Every order is handled personally, wherever in the world it's going.

Yes. AllureMen is owned and operated by Ultima NZ Limited, a fully registered New Zealand company incorporated in 2013, based in Auckland Central. We process global orders daily and stand behind every purchase with full customer support.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS 100% AUTHENTIC?
Absolutely. Every item we sell is genuine and sourced through trusted suppliers in Italy, across Europe, and the USA. Where pre-loved or imperfect items are offered, the exact condition is clearly stated on the product listing before you buy.
HOW ARE YOUR PRICES SO COMPETITIVE?
We operate exclusively online with no physical retail overhead, sourcing directly from our trusted suppliers. This allows us to offer every item at boutique pricing below retail. We also run special promotions from time to time.
WHY ARE SOME ITEMS LIMITED AND WILL THEY BE RESTOCKED?
As a boutique, many of our pieces are available in limited quantities - spanning both current and previous seasons. Once a size or style sells out it is rarely restocked. If you find something you love, we strongly recommend securing it immediately. We add new pieces regularly, so check back often for fresh arrivals.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes, we offer fast global shipping to most countries worldwide using high-quality international carriers. Free shipping availability and spend thresholds are displayed at checkout where applicable. For selected countries we offer fully inclusive DDP shipping - all duties, taxes and carrier fees are calculated and paid upfront at checkout, so there is nothing further to pay on delivery. WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We accept returns within 14-days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached. We do not offer exchanges.
