Prior to dispatch, every item is inspected at the source - verifying materials, construction and authentic detailing. While we strive to maintain the highest quality standards, should you receive an item with an unexpected quality concern, our team is here to resolve it promptly.
THE DELIVERY
- Original Packaging: Items are dispatched with original designer dust bags and boxes where provided by the brand. Where original packaging or tags are not available, this is clearly stated in the individual product description.
- Authenticity Tags: All manufacturer tags and security seals remain intact where applicable.
- Provenance: A direct-sourcing experience backed by our full authenticity guarantee.
RETURNS
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Returns must be initiated within the first 7 days and shipped within the remaining 7 days using the return label we provide.
Our Error - wrong product, transit damage or defect on arrival: full refund including product cost and any duties and taxes paid. Prepaid return label provided at no cost.
Change of Mind - US orders: $25 USD return shipping fee deducted per item, full product refund plus duties and taxes refunded. All other countries: no return shipping fee, full product refund. Note that import duties, taxes and carrier fees paid outside the USA are non-refundable as they cannot be recovered from customs authorities, tax agencies or carriers once paid.

Non-returnable items: Final Sale, Sale, Clearance, Last Piece, Pre-Loved and Imperfect items are strictly non-returnable under any circumstances.
